Joint Hearing of Oregon Senate Committee on Campaign Finance Reform
and House Committee on Rules, March 13, 2019:
This hearing addressed proposed ballot measures to send to Oregon voters to amend the Oregon Constitution to ensure that Oregon can have laws that limit campaign contributions and require that political ads, including those funded by independent expenditures, identify their largest donors.
