LABOR AND BUSINESS LOBBYISTS PUSHING THEIR OWN "CAMPAIGN FINANCE REFORM" BILL AT OREGON LEGISLATURE

The Oregon Legislature is suddenly considering a bill (HB 4024-3), written by the biggest corporation and union lobbyists, to adopt their version of "campaign finance reform" and derail our Initiative Petition 9.

Here is our testimony to the House Rules Committee on February 23, 2 days after we were first allowed to see any version of it.

It includes testimony from Honest Elections Oregon, Common Cause, League of Women Voters of Oregon, the Consolidated Oregon Indivisibles Network, and Alliance for Democracy.  All oppose HB 4024-3.
